Billing Calling
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Collecting customer billing
• Follow up customer request or complaint to related department
• Fill in outbound calls result to compass

Requirements:

• Male or Female 25 – 30 years old
• Min Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any majoring
• Having experienced as collection staff especially banking
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools (including Microsoft Project Management is an advantage)
• Target oriented, capable to set priority, team work, self improvement
